Experienced owner, but haven't played in a while

Hey everybody. I used to be an extremely active owner in several leagues, but haven't played in a few years due to life circumstances. Life has settled down and I'd love to get back into it. I would like join a league with real life teams/players that is as close to new as possible (meaning I'd rather join a league that's in 2023 than 2061), but I'm not closed off to leagues that have been running for a long time.

I'm not the most computer savvy person, so if the commish or another owner is willing to refresh me on the downloading/uploading process with a short walk through, that would be awesome.

By having me join your league, you'd be benefiting from a very active owner with a lot of experience. Thanks guys!
