Where can I find information on park effects for each stadium?

In the iPad or iPhone versions you can't. Need full blown computer version.

They definitely are, I think that's pretty obvious

Ballpark factors are there, but they aren't viewable nor editable, unlike OOTP.

3 questions.

1. If you change the ballpark name while playing historical seasons will the factors change? For example playing 2010 and you change a team to play at the Polo Grounds would their ballpark factor change?

2. When playing fictional are all the ballparks generic and the same?

3. Are they the same ratings used in OOTP?
