Some SUggestions

I Posted this in the Suggestion Area, but saw this afterward. Here is the post.

After playing a few seasons, here are a couple of suggestions.

1. TRADES. Can you please add a feature similar to the "Shop Player" feature on the desktop version. Where you can offer a player and see who is interested. It is very time consuming having to take a player and go thru each team to see if they might want to trade for them and what they may even be willing to start at.

2. PLAYER MORALE. I can understand that a player is mad/angry when he is demoted to the minors, etc. but every player who is sent down is like that. So I end up with 30 players with an angry/mad etc.. morale in the minors.

In relation, when you acquire players they should by default always go to minors and instead of placing on Active roster first if there is room, and forcing us to send to minors.. causes more angry players

3. ERROR BUG FIX. When you go and click on trade player away, it goes to the trade screen and shows his name, but the minute you select a team to trade with it resets it and you must go back and manually add his name again. Would be nice if it actually stayed on the trade screen. This would not be as much of a problem if we could get a "Shop Player" funtion/feature.

4. ARBITRATION. As mentioned before by others. Gives way too much to mediocre players. Seems to jump to 12M rather quickly.

5. ARBITRATION PART 2. There should be a spot that you can designate if you even want to offer arbitration to a player. Or just let him be a free agent. Since you dont have a choice, you have to let them all make their $$$ then try and trade them afterward. Would be easier to let them be free agents.

6. DRAFT. Be able to view the draft results. If it is there I can not find it.

7. CONFIGURATION. Be able to change some rules/options. SImple ones like DH or NO DH.

Thanks for the considerations.

Great Game !!!

Thanks
Tim

If you're not going to add the ability to customise fictional leagues, how about additional fictional leagues in the same way as the historical seasons are being done? There are plenty of cool ideas for fictional setups around.

Suggestions/Wish list

Thanks for the great! I know it is the beginning stages and it well on it's way to being awesome. I'm new to ootp world. I am old school APBA when swapping 5 1/4 was so cool and graduated to APBA BBW. With nothing but empty purposes for updates, I am moving on...I've been playing iootp for about 2 weeks and here are some things on my wish list:

1. Flick through roster
2. Trade block selected players
3. Option in Replay seasons to start with draft of all players
4. Import and export seasons
5. Outfielder ratings for all 3 positions
6. The ability change the position of a player ie from ss to 2nd with rating
7. Team stats area /button like league stats with rankings, hot and cold steaks, etc.
8. One button for ai the whole complete season (adding to day and week)
9. Option to control retiring players
10. HD version for iPad (which I read is coming soon)

I know this will be down the line a some future date, but I would like to definitely second this. My brother and I would go wild with this function.

I've asked somewhere else about how to tell a player's performance has gone down or up, except by memorizing the graphs. I never got a good answer, but perhaps you could put a faint + or - sign in the graphics depicting different performance values, and the those would indicate if they had increase or decreased. -Thanks

I have another requests, that may be somewhere, but I haven't found it. When in a play-offs, it would be nice to view a stat screen for batters/pitchers with the play-off stats. To me it would be nice to see who is performing or not, and then make some adjustments (if I can).
