International Signings in Default Game - All Dominican Hitters

Started a default game, didn't change any settings other than having roster limits in the minors.

When July 2nd International Signings came around, every single player was Dominican, and 29 of the 30 were hitters.

Also I just checked the player creation settings and they are all correct, only 55ish percent of international amateur players should be Dominican.

This is probably because it's the real life class from the roster set and we only have info on certain guys so far. Seems like most of them are Domincan!

Gotcha. Thanks for the response. I understand the logic but I'm not sure that the best decision is to have it designed the way it is.
