Summit Baseball League Wants YOU!
Summit Baseball League (SBL) is recruiting new players!
One of the longest running OOTP online leagues is currently recruiting. SBL is a great group of guys who love baseball and love competing against one another. I've been in many different online leagues and I have not encountered a classier group out there. We are currently in our 2025 offseason running OOTP17. We recently upgraded to 17 and everyone is loving the new version. We offer an MLB type of setup with a twist. We have recently instituted a shuffling of the divisions to make sure that we are competitive. This means the league can resemble a european soccer league where teams will switch from division to division every couple years. This seems crazy but what this lets us do is it lets teams rebuild faster and it keeps one team from running away with a division by June. This ensures competitiveness and allows you to build your budget faster. What else do we offer? We use online utilities for our draft and awards. We update statslab to get looks at those really granular statistics. We have a site where our reports are uploaded to allow you to check on players even if you can't get into the game. We have a dedicated forum that you can use tapatalk for inter-owner communication. I love getting that trade offer sent straight to my phone. The best part of the league are our dedicated co-commissioners. They have the integrity of the league foremost in everything that they do. You can't go wrong with two guys who just want it to be fun. And it is. solid league - I'm one of the GMs who left an open team on the list but I can't speak highly enough about the commish or the quality of the GMs in the SBL. Really good participation and active boards and a friendly, competitive group.
