MLB Manager has stopped

MLB Manager 2015 is not running on my tablet. I have a 1GB memory Nexus 7 andriod tablet. Google Play said the app is compatible with my device, but all I ever get is the message "Unfortunately MLB Manager 2015 has stopped". I tried to submit a help ticket but MLB Manager is not listed as a category for which a ticket can be submitted. Any help would be appreciated.

OK, two months later, two notes sent to support, and no response at all. App still isn't working. At least I only wasted 99 cents on it.

Do you have a support ticket number?

Also, have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it?

Yes I have a support ticket number which currently says "We've got nothing to display here", and yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

Try clearing the cache for the app, in your settings.

Did both a clear cache and clear cache with clear data - no luck.
