Bookmarks

Am I losing my mind, or have bookmarks been completely removed from the game??? Or at least the ability to change/set them?

I loaded an old game and I can still access my bookmarks using the function keys, but I started a new game and can find no way to set bookmarks. The star in the right-hand menu no longer exists.
