Starter PCnt ?

It is probably obvious but I think its new in OOTP 14 and I am not sure what it means.

When you click the pitching lineup tab;

I see 1 to 6 slots for starting pitchers
beside their names is GS Games Started W Wins L Losses IP inning pitched but I am unsure how I use the PCnt column.

It's setting your pitch count limit for the starter. This is used in games where you are not personally controlling substitutions.
