mankle Minors (Double A) Join Date: Jun 2011 Posts: 122	Actual 2012 CBA Draft spending rules I love the introduction of the limitation on players nationalities for the draft, as well as the international free agent system in OOTP 14. However, I still think that having the game be behind the times on the current CBA's draft slotting/budget system is a little frustrating. I don't know how much coding it would require to implement the actual system at play since the 2012 CBA, but it would definitely be great to see in next year's game, or even in an update for OOTP 14. __________________ ASBA - Commissioner, GM California Angels
