More than 2 Sub Leagues
I know there is an option now to have playoffs between leagues but I still would love to set up a full on single "World Baseball League".
Sub Leagues (with no interleague play until the playoffs) -Europe -North America -Asia Possibly even 5 leagues, adding Pacific (Australia, southern Asia teams) and South America. This would have 1 All Time leaders list and easier to set everything up. Also to go along with this it would be great have a new category added to the players desire to play for certain teams, the desire to play for a team in their country of origin (or even region of origin) with the default being pretty high on it so that teams sign players from their own countries more often. Thumbs up on this idea, I have actually wanted to do the same type thing, I like the association idea, but would rather have it do like you said, give you a World League leader boards and the like. Would be cool to add as many sub divisions you want to allow for great world coverage.

I like this idea as well, perhaps it could be easier to just have a "Combine leaderboards form all leagues" option and still have the leagues setup separately.

except that maybe some people would want interleague play during the regular season as well and this would enable that. One complication would be all-star games. |
