10 and 8 teams, 84 game schedule please

I am looking for the following schedule:

2 sub-league (10 and 8)
2 division (5/5 and 4/4)
5 and 4 teams per division

84-game schedule

Mostly 2 game series

for 10-team league
10 games against teams in own division
8-9 games against teams in other division

for 8-team league
16 games against teams in own division
9 games against teams in other division

No 'set' off days

it is ok if (especially in 10-team league) if all teams are not active on a particular day

No All-Star Game

League starts on April 1 ends August 31 (153 days)
