New to the game, a few questions

Hello everyone. My name is Jeremy and I'm new to the game and had a few questions. I wanted to create a fictional league with the 1999 MLB rosters and add myself and a few friends as players in the league. In order to do this I played in commissioner mode and took some of the worst rates players on teams and edited their names and stats till I had added everyone I had wanted to add. It took a few weeks but I got it done and managed to set the batting orders/pitching staffs how I wanted them to be for all 30 teams. I made myself be the Cleveland Indians starting catcher and after playing about 15 games, I am leading the team with 8 HRs and 24 RBIs. I'm having a few problems. I have my rotation set but the computer keeps changing it and I have to redo it like every other game. Also, I'm playing as the Indians, and all of the other teams won't ever use the lineups and rotations I want them to and won't play the players I want them to play. Am I screwed since I'm in comissioner mode? Can I save the current rosters I have made with edited players like myself and maybe import it to do a new fantasy league that's not in comissioner mode? Also, my personal projected stats have me hitting close to 60 HRS in 550 ABs yet my power is still rated as 3. Tried to request a scouting report but it won't generate one. Is this also cause I'm in comissioner mode? Any suggestions on how to fix these problems would be appreciated. Other than the previously mentioned problems, I'm happy with my league. Thanks for your help. - Jeremy
