Problem with not able to replace injured player on Playoff Roster

Not the 1st season this has happened. After September 1st I lose a player
to injury but because it is after Sept. 1, I am unable to replace the player
on the playoff roster. Anyone else run into this? Is this a "bug" in the
program? MLB rules state I should be able to replace the player. Thanks in advance.

What are your league's postseason roster rules?

League rules: Post-Season Roster Rules is "Enabled". Not sure if this is
what you are referencing. Thanks.

Next Line: "Active Roster (25-man roster)"
What will "Disabling" do? Or do you have another recommendation?
Many thanks.

Change it to "Secondary Roster (40-man roster)".

The line below's title is: "Post-Season Roster Eligibility" and the corresponding line is "Active Roster (25-man roster)". But, this line is grayed-out with no drop down option.
I did Disable the Post-Season Roster Rules. When I now go to my "Rosters and Transactions" there is no "Players Eligible for Post-Season" roster,
only the "40-man Roster" and the "Active Roster" which is 40-man also
because I am past Sept. 1 roster expansion. So, I wonder what will happen
when I move to the post-season. Maybe all teams in the post season will each have a 40-man roster?? BTW, I've now had a 2nd starting player go down with a season-ending injury. A 40-man roster would certainly benefit my team in the playoffs. Thanks for you thoughts on this.

"Active Roster" refers to the roster that was active before expansion.

Disabling "Post-Season Rules" worked. With end of regular season I was prompted to reduce roster size to 25 players. Now I am able to populate my post-season roster with players who previously were "not eligible".
Disabling worked!
