I need some guidance in calculating park factors

I'm looking for some guidance on how to calculate park factors from game data. Specifically, I'm looking for 2 very broad hints:

1. The general method for the calculation
2. Where I can find the relevant data in the dump

Bonus: Whether the game recalculates these factors annually, every 3 years or every 5.

I know this ask is a longshot, but nothing ventured...

Thanks in advance!

1. The Internet is a good source for this
BUT
2. Park factors in OOTP generate the data not the other way round.

Bonus: MLB 3 year park factors are entered by hand for historical leagues

i think someone mad an app that can help? stadium maker or related?

could type in the mods and it would produce dimensions... i do not recall if oyu can produce mods from dimensions.. but i believe it could do both.

mods or general forums? google search with "Site:www.ootpdevelopments.com" willl narrow that search and should find it on first page with "stadium modifiers" or "stadium creator" maybe? google does well with synonyms and similar concepts.

it can even produce an image for use in game for the stadium... may be useful beyond your intitial interest, too.

as far as deducing the equations... that'd by tough without a large sample size and i don't recall anyone doing somethign like this that i have read. so, it'd have to be ground up created by you. i can't even imagine how large of a sample you'd need to rule out the normal varainces that happen year to year and constant player turnover etc etc. greater resolving power needed than most things.
