Can you use license across platforms?
I recently bought a MacBook Pro, and unlicensed my version of OOTP 19 on my PC so that I could use it on the Mac. According to my invoice receipt from OOTP, it indicates that the license is not platform specific. As long as I’m not over my two device threshold, shouldn’t I be able to license the Mac version with the same license key?
I’ve read up that you can play a saved PC game using a Mac, so I am happy about that. I just want some clarification on using the license for both platforms. |

Nevermind, I figured it out. Apparently it just took a few minutes for the unlicensing of the PC to take effect. It works!

Glad you got it figured. Just so you know you didn't have to unlicense from your PC. You can have the game installed and licensed on two devices at any given time.

Essentially, I have it set up to where the game runs off of my Google Drive, and I access it both with my stationary PC laptop and my mobile Macbook Pro. Kudos to the developers for making this possible; I think it's an awesome feature. |
