Improvements to audio play by play in OOTP 20

Now that I'm loving the 3-D and playing a good portion of my games out in 3-D mode I was wondering if there were any plans in OOTP 20 to improve on the audio play by play. It would be nice to listen to the play by play as it unfolds but the current audio announcer leaves a lot to be desired.Thanks OOTP team for all the work that you have put into a wonderful game!

I still use my Windows Vista on an HP computer (alright, quit giggling) and my PBP voice is the robotic woman. Sounds slightly improved, but not much.

I don't care as much about audio as I do the visual game play. However, to me, it's a double edged sword. I play OOTP exclusively on my laptop (Macbook Pro), because I love the option to play this game on the road. As we all know, non-gaming laptops are limited in their capabilities. So while I would love to see an extravagant 3D graphics (and play by play by a real voice), I don't personally want this game to be unplayable on a standard mobile device that doesn't weigh 10 lbs.

The in-game PBP is read by the Windows default TTS voice, which I believe is Microsoft David for english speakers. Supposedly previous versions of windows you were able to change the voice in windows settings and OOTP would use whatever the selected voice was, however, I'm using Windows 10 with the latest update as of this writing and no matter what I set the voice to it always defaults to Microsoft David. It's nice for me to have some sort of narrator for the full detail PBP even if it's just the robotic voice. I've grown to love it though. There are a few mistakes such as "ups" being read as "UPS" (the package carrier) but it's nothing unbearable.
