2.10--How many times can a trade be rejected

I offered a trade. It was rejected. I did not offer a trade to that team again but every few days I get an email telling me that they are rejecting the original trade.

I think 1 rejection a trade is enough.

I then offered a trade to a different team. However, I still keep getting rejections of the original trade to the 1st team. The game totally disregards the 2nd trade offer to the new team.

This is a game stopper as trades, once rejected, stop you from making any trades. I'm not saying it happens every time, but once it happens, you're dead in the water.
