Can I subscribe to individual teams?

Much like I do in FM, for once I decided to do a journeyman save in OOTP where I load all the leagues and start at the bottom and take what I can get. Got a good gig as GM&FM of the Indy league team Camden Riversharks. After making sure MLB was set not to evolve (except offense defense adjustments) and that it wouldn't pull fictional established INT players (Since the real leagues are loaded and thus can post), I got going. However, I'd like to know how the NYY are doing in the MLB, or barring that, just the MLB, without getting news from the whole world. Is there a way to more granularly adjust your subscriptions?
