Yes, hope all is well with you. Looks like we don't face off until July. I'll have work on my motivation to get my team pumped up to play the might Zorro's!

Wow, I am 4-10 this month. That is the worst month I have ever had in 19 seasons of play.😨

Agree, I can't seem to make any ground on the Central Falcons.

In fact, it looks pretty ugly. I may have to settle for a wild card spot and pray that I don't get knocked out early.

End of day standings.

Lots of drama across the league:

AC West:
Base Thieves finally got a little closer to Central Falcons. However still a 3.5 game deficit. Gryphons already pushed back 7.5 and 9.5 games due to the hot Central Falcons team.

AC Central:
Hillsboro Hops and Chernobyl Meltdown within 1 game of each other.

AC East:
The Killer Rabbits in a commanding 5.5 game lead.

AC Wild Card:
6 teams still close to the wild card position.

NC West:
Oakland Keys and Gryphons battling for the division. Go Gryphons Gold!!!! Titans and Magpies back 6.5 games (or 7.5 in the wild card).

NC Central:
Zorro on a 10 game winning streak. Wow. A quick turn-around to take the division by storm. Zorro is now up by 5 games.

NC East:
McLean Scots and Barely Legal Jesus battling for the division with the
Cincinnati Redlegs just one game behind.
This division may send 3 teams to the playoffs.

Well my hitting has stayed fantastic even with bad base running taking us out of innings but now our pitching staff is starting to come back to normal and pitching is Rocky Points real strength.😁

Ty Cobb of Barely Legal is still hitting them out with a league leading 15 homers on a pace for 45 which is close to the record of 48. Which might be even more impressive is his .424 batting ave. I would think it is totally impossible for anyone to hit .400 over a full season of play.

I thinks the Sharks are finding out that it is a little harder winning up here in the Big Leagues.😁

Biggest surprise to me is the Two time Defending Champion Dragons . They are Currently in Third place with a 28-36 record. The good news for them is the whole Division is playing under.500 ball with the leader sporting a 30-32 record.😯

Another surprise is the Central Falcons who has made the playoffs just once in the last six seasons currently is the best team in the Whole league sporting a fine 42-21 record. 👍

Nice catch. We will have to see how things go over the next few days.
Have you checked his park? I wonder if he has an extra boast for LHBs.

Tell me all about it....I can’t keep up with them.
I really hope they slow down and give me a chance to avoid the wild card.

Well said.

I love facing teams that can’t prevent stolen bases. It gives old Eddie Collins a chance to stay in my lineup even though he should have been removed a long time ago.

PT20 has a 91 version of him with 115 defense at 2B. I hope I can keep him from start to end.
He was one of my first additions in PT19 and has been fun to watch.

Two more seasons to go before I see what the top whales look like in PT20.

After building a competitive team but only getting to the playoffs once and hovering around 70-79 wins a season, I decided to randomly join a different Perfect league. What a difference so far as the attached standings below.

This just shows that this was not just a mini whale league, but highly competitive one.

Dave I think you're on to something!!

I'm starting to think my Blue Gryphs are just not built for some of the competition in this league. I might be looking at my first back to back losing season with this team and just can't get any traction out of the rut I'm in. Even my red team worth a fraction of the cost is ahead of them.

End of June standings:

AC West:
After going 9-1 the Base Thieves are the new division leaders.
Central Falcons slowed down to a 5-5 in the L10 games.
Gryphons Red and Blue are still in the running for a wild card spot. Keep it up!!!

AC Central:
Meltdowns are in the lead but the Toronto Developers are still close (1.5 games behind). Hillsboro Hops and SD Chargers are a few more games back but they are still close in the wild card race.

AC East:
Killer Rabits are ahead by 4 games.
Defending champion ASMS Dragons are also 4 games back in the wild card race.
They could completely miss the playoffs this year.

NC West:
Oakland Keys have a good 4 point lead over the Magpies.
Magpies are also 4.5 games back in the wild card. Good luck!!!
Titans and Gryphons Gold got pushed back to 7-8 games behind and have a similar challenge in the wild card race.

NC Central:
Rocky Point Zorros lead the league with a 53-28 record.
2nd place Hagerstown Suns will have to push for a wild card spot (currently 3 games behind).

NC East:
Wow....a big change here.
Cincinnati Redlegs are leading the division ahead of
McLean Scots and Barely Legal Jesus. Similar to May, the division has a hold on 3 playoff spots.

It is amazing to see how fast PT19 became a ghost town. The forum has little to no traffic anymore.

Even PT20 seems to have slowed down a bit as well.
I hope once PT20 Perfect leagues have been established and start to become boring, a new Orcin league will form itself.
There are a few more card options in the gold/silver categories and with Live updates, some additional point movements could make it interesting.
