Offers Wiped At End of Offseason Tournament

We have noticed offers get wiped and disappear from several teams in the past. Our commissioners have thought it to be issues with the FTP upload, but it effected the simmer as well, coinciding with the end of our World Baseball Classic in the sim during the early months of our offseason. This is the second occurrence so it seems to be a pattern with the end of tournaments like this during a free agency period.

Could you tell if it was only players in the tournament who were affected, or everyone?
