Support Ticket-No response

I sent a support ticket in on Friday and haven't received any help. I purchased a new computer and the second license for OOTP17 won't work. Thanks for any help.

I suggest you file a support ticket about not getting responses on your support tickets

Orioles 66 remember that the support team is all volunteers so if they dont respond immediately try sending another. Theres always a couple of these threads a year when a new game comes out

I am a former member of tech support and when I was with the team, we responded to tickets whether the submitter was a newbie or a long time member of these forums. Your tenure here had nothing to do with receiving a response.

If you don't receive a response within 72 hours (3 days), kindly reply to your ticket with the message "bump" or try increasing the priority of the ticket. Or perhaps send a PM to Markus Heinsohn, Andreas Raht, Matt Arnold or forum member old timer.

What are you even talking about? I put in a support ticket last week and they got back to me within 3 days.

PM Andreas on here, he'd be more than willing to help.

And that is not true. Most of the help desk are volunteers who help out for the love of the game. Andreas is the one who runs the support side, I would PM him if need be.

Andreas took care of the situation.

PS-Still can't get it too work. Typing license's and passwords(or typing anything,for that matter) isn't my strong suit. Don't know how too copy and paste.

My license wouldn't work either it has something to do with my security software I had to turn off or turn on one or the other The DNS on my avast

Where would you get an idea like that? It's completely incorrect in any case.

No one from the company cares how many posts someone has or even if they're signed up to the forums at all. There are exponentially more customers who buy the game than who post in the forums. All of OOTP's customers are important, no one would even look at or notice forum post counts in helping out with issues.

I asked for license reset for OOTP16 with "High" Priority" on April 12th at 4:54 pm edt. I got my reset e-mail on April 18th at 5:40pm (That's 3 business days), hmmm they didn't seem to give me higher priority

And just for the record, if you put in a support ticket on Friday, 3 business days would be tomorrow. Usually they are much quicker but given that OOTP17 has recently been released I'm sure the support team is flooded with request, Patience is a virtue

Which reminds me, I should follow up on my 2 pre-ordered copies and only getting one Steam key since I bought the second copy as a gift.
