Where should I expand next?
I'm in the 2019 MLB off season and I want to expand or move a franchise to a new city. Keep in mind I've already moved Tampa Bay to Montreal and Oakland to Portland. Where should I go next?
Oklahoma, Newark/New Jersey, San Antonio, Vancouver, Monterrey (MEX), Santo Domingo (DR) Las Vegas, San Jose, Sacramento, Tampa again, New Orleans, Lousiville, or anywhere else! I also want to add a new league perhaps in the Dominican or Colombia (I have them as an excellent baseball country) but I'm open to anything! China, Israel, Europe, Brazil, Africa. |

Las Vegas is always a contender plus I'd be cool if I could get Harper to go their. I may move the Rockies there.

I just added Mexico City and Savannah(because I live here). And for MC, I only signed international players, no American players. For me, just another way to play the game, and to see how far this team can go. I already had Las Vegas and Montreal.

Sacramento. You moved the A's to Portland, so you can bring back some NorCal representation in the AL this way.

I really, realllllyy want to, but 3 teams in the Northwest is a bit unrealistic. If I do make a Vancouver team, it would probably be an expansion franchise situation rather than a current MLB team moving there. We'll see!

I may re-organize the Mexican League and make it smaller and better quality. Almost like a AAAA league right there with Japan and Korea. It would be cool to have a 3 country major league.

i used a table of the major sports and what city they were in... sorted by local population to choose my expansion teams.
i believe it is on a wiki page? google "pro sports city population" or similar i'm sure it will be there. it shows more than just the 4 major US sports, too. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...rts_franchises or just find city by population if you want to pick more likely locations... or maybe specifically find very unlikely locations too!
