Well, while this merger is good news, unfortunately Francis passed away not long ago. Here’s to seeing his vision through, even if other need to take the baton from here. |

As of now, gameplanning in FOF8 is a bit like a Ferrari engine in a Pinto. A little love to the usability would go a long way to making gameplanning more usable/controllable. |

This was totally me today! I usually checked the forum every other day or so but trailed off in January. I am so excited. This finally prompted me to register and get in on the conversation.

Great news! Any thought about putting commissioner mode in? One of my biggest gripes about FOF was a lack of an ability to edit players, the league, and everything in between. It is always fun to give your rivals (or yourself) a star player in the draft, or make your favorite players in the league a starter instead of out of the league in three seasons.

I am so excited! A bit off topic and it probably doesn't matter, but with EA partnering with OOTP on releasing OOTP 19 on Origin as well as being featured in Origin Access, is there any chance the same could happen with this game? Also, a question for everyone, would you be OK with FOF 19 being released only on Origin if EA allowed them to use the NFL license? I know that creating leagues and such will be very easy, but is there any desire for the full NFL license experience?
I for one would love the NFL license. But I would rather an open game and available on multiple platforms like OOTP. New to the forum and I am excited to chat about this game for the next several months. |

I want to be able to buy it from OOTP directly too. I'm not a big fan of either Steam or Origin.

I've always wanted to post right after Mike D. Go figure. Happy to see FOF get some direction.

Hopefully it’s more single player friendly than previous versions! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Cannot speak to previous versions, but I hope that the single player experience is not overlooked.

Well, this is freaking awesome. :thum bup:
Played a TON of FOF back in the day--still bitter the ol' "injuries don't heal in the playoffs" bug killed a couple of Super Bowl runs for my 15-1 and 14-2 Bears in consecutive seasons. Of course, the very next year, my 8-7-1 team won it all, because of course they did. God, that was awesome. In any case, I haven't played (or visited the forums...Skydog!!) since moving to the Mac platform a handful of years ago. Fingers crossed I can jump back into FOF-land on the Mac--the Bears clearly need me! |

Hopefully this means there will be a Mac version? Looked at the site and appears to be Windows only?
