Can't DL AIO 2015 mod??

Just purchased the game and added the servers to the in-game list. When I try to download the 2015 AIO mod from ootpmods.com it always gives me the error message "can not find download" at 38%. Every single time.

When I use the other add-on server site skaboards(?) I get to 98% every single time and then I'm hit with the exact same error message.

Anyone have a similar experience and know of a fix or know of another way I can access the 2015 AIO mod? I'm a lifer at this game and I had no problem getting 2014 AIO to download last year nor 2013 AIO the year before that.

I've searched the forums and all I can find are threads where someone can't install it because they think it's locking up their machine and they close it out. I can't get it downloaded to even attempt to install it.

Any help please?

Was able to download it today. Not sure the cause. Installing now!

I restarted the server. I would test it from here but I just rebuild my PC and none of my tools are setup yet. i'll run some tests first chance I get

the server did run an update this morning, so maybe the updated fixed it or the web-server restart that comes with it. fixed it
