What should screen settings be on Mac?

I'm unable to see the bottom of the screen and changing the settings doesn't seem to make a difference.

Help?

I started on 1440x990 which is what the game seems to default to. I've changed from settings but it doesn't seem to make a difference. The bottom of the screen including the buttons gets cut off.

Didn't work - use the "manage attachments" button in the "additional options" section right below the reply window to upload it directly (if you're using the quickly reply box, click on go advanced.)

Looks like you screen size is below the minimum of FHM. Could you please post a trace file so I can look into it? Do you get a popup at startup that has a warning in it?

No pop-ups at all. Here is a trace file I submitted on another thread for random crashing.

Trace file looks ok, you are at minimum screen resolution so it goes into fullscreen. I just tested it on my Mac with the same resolution and it works.

Is the game in fullscreen on your computer (no task bar or borders)?

That is correct. No taskbar or borders.

Strange. Your trace file does not indicate a problem. Did it work before or was it always cut off?

It's always been cut off. When I change the resolution from the game settings, do I need to reload the game? Or close it completely and restart? Changing them doesn't seem to make any difference within the game.

Since you are below the minimum it will always change into fullscreen. The trace file indicates that it does that correctly so I´m not sure why the screen is cut off.

By any chance, did you have FHM 3 and did that work?

Yes I do and it worked properly on 1440x900 windowed setting. The strange thing is the program looks wrong right from the startup screen. In FHM3 it was always right. I've attached screen shots of both. Settings are exactly the same.

Your trace file shows that you have 1280 * 800 (your monitor), so something is strange here. Can you do me a favor and look up your screen resolution (screenshot if possible)?

Ok, so the trace file is showing the correct numbers. It also shows that you go to fullscreen (which is correct) and that your game screen has 1280*800. The last info seems to be wrong (otherwise the screen would not be cut off).

Maybe a strange question but would you be able to take a picture of your monitor with the game running (start screen or home screen)? I would like to see if it really covers the screen or if there is some space on top or the bottom.
