Modify team colors & edit ballpark buttons grayed out for expansion teams

This one is kind of an odd glitch that I've never encountered in any previous version. The aforementioned team colors & edit ballpark buttons on the home page of every expansion team I added in my custom league are grayed (more like whited) out for some reason and not functional.

I am, however, able to access team colors and uniforms from the drop down menu as seen below and add colors, which is the only to "un-gray-out" the Edit Ballpark button.

Even then, I still have to exit the team home screen entirely and then come back in order for the buttons to become functional.

What could be causing this?

This is the exact problem that I have found with custom tournaments (not WBC/Olympic set-ups). Good to know that it will be fixed soon.
