Fan loyalty fan interest

Hello, maybe someone has already write a topic about this subject, but how is possible for example that fan loyalty are most important by chicago white sox than cubs or st louis cards'? I don t realy understand how they rate fan interest, if someone can give me explanation please.

Fan Loyalty Describes how loyal your fans are. Loyal fans mean better and more consistent attendance, even when your team isn't performing well. Fan Interest Describes the level of fan interest in your market. Higher fan interest means better attendance and merchandising revenue.

I think it is random when a QuickStart is used. Not positive, but maybe 85%

Personally as a White Sox fan I would change it. We have fewer fans then the Cubs and we are quicker to stop showing up when we suck. Are you in year one of whatever league? if so i would lower the sox, but these things will change over time.
