Wants my serial number/license half way through a season---again.
It wants my license/serial number. This happened last time and finally I was able to start over with a new game. I want to resume this game and don's see how. The serial number I have written down does not work.

I'm sure this isn't the reply you were hoping for, but all I can say is contact your licensor. It sounds like you have the mac OOTP10 version and if that's true then you want to contact PISD.

I am randomly asked for my license all the time, I just keep it on my desktop and cut and paste it.

Are you getting a specific message -- something to the effect that your system has changed, and so you need to enter your license again, or anything like that? Or is the game simply reverting to the Demo version?
A lot of people were having this type of problem with OOTP10 as first released, but I think it's pretty rare with the latest version. It might make it more difficult to figure out. At a minimum, I'd trash your installed version of the game and install a fresh downloaded copy ... after you get your licenses released, of course. |

Hi there. I'm very sorry it's taken us so long to post an "official" reply in this thread. Still, I'd like to figure out if there is still an issue here, so we can make sure it gets taken care of for OOTP 11. Are you still experiencing this problem?
If so, what operating system are you using? Thanks very much, Steve

Really, still? Even with the latest patch?

I'm going to go ahead and close out this thread, for a few reasons:
First, we haven't heard back from the original poster at all in some time. Second, Airmen, even if you are still needing to release your license, unfortunately there are no more patches planned for OOTP 10. And, OOTP 11 will use a different vendor for Mac licenses, so it's not likely to be an issue with OOTP 11. So, I'm afraid there's not a lot more I can offer at this point, so I'm going to close this issue out. Airmen, if you'd like us to continue looking into your issue, could you please send in a ticket to our new support site? Thanks!
