app will not launch at all

Hi,
I just purchased the game today from your webstore. The beta version downloads (163.5mb), installs but will not open (run) on my MacBook Pro. I got an error message saying the app is corrupted. I changed my security settings to allow all apps to open. Now when I start the app absolutely nothing happens. The app does not open and there is no error message.

Please let me know if you need more information about my computer or OS or anything else.

a little more infor

I reset my security settings. deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I can get the error message. It says,

"Franchise Hockey Manager 5 is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash."

BTW, I downloaded the install twice and this has happened twice.

Even more info

I went to the knowledge DB to see if there was any help to be found there.

What I tried,
1) removed the app and reinstalled it to a specific folder as described here,

2) Same error occurred.

What I learned,
1) there are no instructions for full uninstall for Mac.

this does not work to uninstall either. The option/alt key does not do what it is describe as doing for an uninstall.

I just tried downloading the game from here and installing....

same error.

I think I've done as much as I can. It's up to you now.

okay. I just realized my OS is not compatible with FHM 5. I've sent an email to support for a refund.....and will be purchasing the game from Steam....darn....I was looking forward to playing this right away.
