AI Organizations Waiving/Releasing Recent Good Prospects
I've only noticed this with goalies so far, so it may be isolated to how the AI evaluates goalies and not other players. I was able to pick up two solid Goalie prospects from waivers (3 star) that Carolina drafted during the summer. These players were scouted at an "A" level by my organization so I don't think it's just complete misinformation by me. After picking them up they retained their three star potentials. Please see the relevant players below. The second player was drafted one year earlier, but the point still stands based on how the transaction history develops. Apologies for massive image sizes.

Can you take a quick look at the Carolina roster and let me know how many players they have on their Contracts page (the number's in the bottom-left) and on their Protected List? I'm wondering if they're having roster size issues and cutting players; if it's not that, we'll have to investigate further.

Carolina currently sits at 44/50 for contracted players. I simmed about one month after I made the post, but Carolina didn't make many transactions that would have impacted the amount of player contracts to any significant degree.
