Shop for Prospects?
Love the game. However I've noticed that whenever I shop a player the computer never offers minor league players, only players on the active roster.
This makes it more difficult to rebuild. Not sure if this is an Android only issue or not as the screenshots in the new feature walkthrough seemed to show the computer offering minor league players as well as players in the majors (and their current year stats).

I see some prospects on that screenshot... keep in mind, shopping a player around does not give you the best possible deal, you should see this as a starting point and demand more in actual trade negotiations.

Sorry, should have been more clear in my post.
I copied the screen shot above from the new feature walkthrough posted by BradC as a sticky in this forum. I believe his walkthrough was done on an Apple device. I am playing on Android. You only get prospects offered if you do indeed shop around decent players...

As Markus suggests, if I am rebuilding (and that is my favorite part) I use the shop feature as a starting point.
Just like in real life, you have to make many 'phone calls' to close a deal. (Okay...in today's world, many text msgs...lol) |
