OOTP 21 manual

I assume the manual for version 21 won't be available to download and print out until a few weeks into the season????

Definitely a WIP - I thought I could take a look by changing "0" to "1" on the end of the URL and a page does come up but it's just a template at this stage.

But, print? You must mean printing from browser, a page at a time, because OOTPB manuals have never been officially printable. Would like a PDF version, which would accomplish that purpose, but by keeping it in HTML on the web, they can make changes on the fly and not worry about old PDF versions floating around.

I would love a PDF-version that I could take to the local printing shop to have printed and ring bound. I've done that with a few games I have (including flight sims). Would be real nice to have

I printed the entire manual for OOTP 6.5 and had it in a binder. I don't remember the format then, but I can't see myself printing out several hundred web pages.

Each web page is a separate document. You are talking about hundreds of copy, paste, and print procedures.
