pinchit/new pitcher

While playing pinch hitters were put in the game as well as my pitcher was replaced. I don't know how to change this so i will be in control of this, please help me. Thanks

Not in front of the game right now to offer screenshots, but basically before you start play in a game you can go into options and select what parts of in-game management you wish to control (assuming you are manager, and not GM only).
I don't manage everything while playing games out for my team but I do control substitutions, so what happened to you would never happen to me since I make all decisions about pinch-hitters, bringing in relievers, etc.

There are probably a couple of places where you could fix these settings but the way I know of best off the top of my head is when you go into a game and you are at the screen with the lineups for that game, click on options and then you can select what you wish to control. In my experience, this also will then be the default for the next game you play out for your team.
