OOTP 21 missing Spring Training

My version of OOTP starts on March 11th whenever I attempt to play a 2020 season eliminating spring training games. is anyone else having this problem?

Oddly it does not happen when I initiate a historical season.

You can never play spring training when you start a new MLB quick start.

I did not start the game in "Quick Start" mode.

The file has had other problems like missing AAA teams for certain clubs.

If you chose "New Standard Game" that is essentially the quickstart that comes with the game, it is the default roster set. The first season never has Spring Training because it starts in March, but going forward all new seasons will begin with Spring Training.

What option did you chose to start with? What AAA teams are missing?
