Full historic pre-affiliated minor leagues

I know there's tons of threads here about historical minor leagues, but it's information overload. Hopefully one of you geniuses can point me in the right direction...

My goal is to import a full minor league system (I want to start in 1921, but I'm good with whatever year) and then start a promotion/relegation system starting off with those historic teams.

I've done this by painstakingly importing/moving players one by one and I hated my life once I got down to the B-levels and whatnot. Any resources or mods to this effect that y'all know about?

No, the only thing you could hope for is a template so then it'd just be a matter of updating that .Or someone making a quickstart, but it's a niche desire so not a lot of folks doing that, especially in this era of the game's complexity.
