I've had many good catcher combos in my long running fictional leagues but 7.4WAR at Aug 8, 2077 is crazy.

There is a box in settings that you can check that enables it. Essentially, it lists OVR as the current rating of what they are (sometimes they're having a hot year) and POT as what they more realistically are

It's the classic skin. Just select it in the settings menu.

Update:

Edeza finished with 6.2 WAR. My backup Dave Myer finished with 3.8 WAR. I'd say that 10 WAR from a catcher combo is just a little unrealistic.

I'm at work... is this setting "on" by default? I like that a player having a good or bad season fluctuates the OVR rating as this should have an effect on trading from year to year, maybe even contract negotiations?

I'm pretty sure it's not on by default. I do know it's on the main screen of League Settings.

I'm so spoiled. I use my home laptop at work and have a mac that can have multiple desktops. I can just go over to my OOTP game at any time with a swipe of my finger.

Found it and turned it to YES along with show ratings > MAX for rare players who are basically freaks.
