I just tried using iphone explorer, and every file I click on it tells me "file or directory not found"

Edit: Sorry, it is 23 MB, so I fear the download will not work via 3G unless something changed regarding the limitation.

Not sure--I was piggy-backing on pstrickert's comments that he used the tool to customize his beta version of the game. So--I'm going to assume for now that it will work and be pretty straightforward in terms of navigating to the correct directories and replacing the logo files... I plan to test it on Thursday PM, soon after the game is released. I'll let you know.

I think anything over 20MB requires wifi.

If you have a jailbroken phone, that limit can easily be removed.

On the cydia store there is an app called, 3G Unrestrictor. I think its 2 bucks. It allows you to use 3G to download as big as app as you want and a whole bunch of other things (like use Facetime on 3G).
