Player pictures zoom out?

How do I get the player pictures to zoom out?

I used to go into team settings, modify colors logos and textures and change it to zoomed out and the all the pictures generated after that point would be zoomed out but now, even if I do that and the preview shows the zoomed out image none of the players pictures ever generate zoomed out.

Once you set the zoom level, exit ootp and restart else your settings won't stick.

Never hurts, but not necessary for that setting.

I asked this elsewhere but I think my post was too deep into a dead conversation: So I'll ask it here:

I don't have the game so all I know about OOPT's 3D aspects are the microscopic animations in videos:

1. It seems that the cap colors are team-specific, and I can detect home whites and road grays. Is that the limit on uniforms in the 3D animations, or could have color jerseys and white pants when zooming in?

2. When zoomed in, do players have programmable skin tones?

I'm sorry, I really don't know the answer to your first question.
I believe the answer to your second question is that all players are assigned a facial type (African, Asian, East Indian, Caucasian, or Hispanic) in the editor and these should correspond with what you see, in terms of skin tone, in 3D.
