First attempt at skin...critiques or suggestions?

Here's my first attempt at a skin...did my favorite University of Michigan.

OK...this didn't work. I did <Print Screen> and tried to <paste>..
didn't work.

Did <Print Screen> and posted on Wordpad. Saved as a .doc and as a .txt file.

I was able to attach the .txt but it was only a download... the picture itself did not show up.

Any guidance and I'll try to get a screenshot up here.

save it as a .jpg one you 'print screen' and then paste it into a graphics program, John.

Hmm.. I know guys put screen shots up here. I got it with your directions Mark (thanks) but it said it was too big.
