Injury File
I've been tweaking the injuries.txt file to get it more to my liking. I noticed there are essentially three rows that represent a Tommy John surgery. I assume that given the same occurrence value, each one has the same probability as another injury record with the same value and therefore Tommy John surgery would be 3 times as likely because there are three different descriptions.

I cannot say it's still this way, but in the past the injury system worked a bit different than that. What happens is this: an injury occurs, game then decides on severity, and body part, then it goes to text file. In the file itself, each every event has a certain probability of occurring(this number is in the txt. file). I could be off a little, it's been a while since I've fiddled with the injury file, but I'm pretty sure this is how it works.

All of the values for the other columns are the some for all of the elbow ligament issue which means any of them happen for the same injury roll.
