Have to admit I missed the last one because I flicked over to the Mets game. At least Sonny got picked up.

That was amazing. Thought we lost it when Madsen gave up 2 runs in the 9th to blow the save.

It'll be a pretty good season if we can have a guy hit 3 HR in a game every other game.

I noticed today he's tied for the AL lead in home runs. Considering he didn't even hit one until April twenty-something, that's pretty astounding.

The A's have won five in a row and are now only 4 games under .500.
And this while playing without Sonny Gray and Josh Reddick. OK, it was the Twins, but still. The wins against them count just the same as against other teams. |

Pretty much. What is it now - a 5 game losing streak? I've lost count.
I went to the game on Tuesday night. I'm glad they at least made it interesting in the 9th and I got the see the rare feat of a Billy Butler home run, live in person with my eyes. |

Daniel Mengden is getting called up to start tomorrow's game in Cincy!
Not sure what's more impressive - his 1.19 ERA in 11 minor league starts this season, or his mustache. |

Now that the NHL finals are over and the NBA finals just completed, can someone wake me if something exciting happens to the A's. And please don't make it about someone going on the DL, that happens a couple times a week....
