You likely mean the 2015 AIO. It's in the add-ons central.

the only real solution would be to change the nomenclature of the mod to something like

AIO for OOTP16

or

OOTP16 AIO

Anyone having trouble downloading the 2015 AIO? I've gotten to 45% and 76% and then get a message that the file cannot be downloaded.

I just tested the download and it was ok, I would guess the server was busy,

It's actually pretty traditional for sports game numbers to be one number ahead of the year ahead. For instance, Madden 16 is getting released this year, FIFA 16 will be released in 2015, NBA 2K15 was released in 2014, and so on.
