To start the 2023 season, Yag is projected to be the OD starter for the Rockies, who are projected to win 65 games and finish last in the NL West. Hopefully Yag can change their fortunes with a strong sophmore season.
Randy James is slated to start 2023 in AA where he got a cup of tea at the end of last season. Jonathan Villar is the Padres starting second basemen, in the last year of his current contract, they'll be looking to see if Randy can take the job next season as the number 9 prospect in the game. The Padres are projected to finish 2nd in the NL West with 93 games and a possible wild card spot. Tatis and Machado are also in this infield. The Royals are projected to have Dewerson start the season in AAA, which is fairly aggressive for the player and his age and he would be skipping AA. The Royals are projected to win 76 games and finish 3rd in the AL Central. Adalberto Mondesi is slated as the shortstop for 2023, the last year of his contract, and he's the highest paid player on the low budget Royals. The Royals do have Nicky Lopez and Bobby Witt Jr on this infield as well. Maybe Dewerson can be the 2024 OD shortstop for the Royals. Lage is slated for AA for the projected 83 win, 2nd place Orioles in the AL East. The O's don't have anything special at 2nd, 3rd, or shortstop, so there are jobs available for Lage when he's ready. |

Dave Dewerson is called up and makes his MLB debut 4/17/23! Dewerson goes 2 for 4 with 2 singles, run scored and a strike out in his MLB debut, batting 9th and playing shortstop in a 9-5 loss to the White Sox |

Randy James has made his MLB Debut for the Padres on 7/11/2023! He goes 1 for 5 against the Giants in San Francisco batting 2nd and playing second base in a 5-2 loss. Tatis Jr broke a bone in his elbow, and CJ Abrams moves to shortstop. This is likely a callup for the remainder of the year for James. |

Jeffrey Lage made his MLB Debut 5/29/23! He goes 1 for 4 and bats leadoff and plays shortstop. An aggressive promotion for Lage. |

Terribly sorry I haven't updated lately, we have a 4 week old baby here at home during this crisis, and I tried to update the other day, but the forum wasn't loading.
Any way, starting to sim again now. |
