Are other team financials viewable?

I'm tired of shopping a player around and getting no offers. Every once in a while, I have to manually initiate a trade. I then quickly get tired of finding out that every team that needs a CF cannot afford one, because they are only slightly more than broke, or worse -- in debt.

Is there a report I can look at that tells me how much remaining budget there is for each team so I don't have to waste my time trying all the teams?

I agree that shopping a player doesn't work as well as I thought it would.

I'm assuming this post relates to OOTP12 because your other post related to a bench coach. If so, follow the steps below to review other team's finances:

1) Click the ML icon at the top middle of the screen.
2) Scroll down to highlight Reports.
3) From the Reports menu, click Financial Report.

The report will show you the finances of every team.

If you're referring to iOOTP, then the only way to review other team's finances is by clicking Manage Team > 'Current Team' (icon below Schedule/Edit) > Front Office (to review other team's finances.) The caveat here is that you can only review one team at a time.
