I have a prospect named Daniel Daniel (see attached screenshot). Is there any way to avoid this happening?

I always liked names like that. In the OTBA online league (using OOTP 11), Ray Ray is one of my favorite players. I even gave him the nickname "Ray" because he likes his name so much!

I found a carlos carlos in my game and just started laughing. I dont want it to be fixed. Finding something like that is awesome

I don't see it as an issue. Daniel is the 380th most common last name in the US (2000 Census) and ranks in the top 10 or so each year as a first name so it's going to come up in the name generator.

As for a person in real life having the same first and last name, while it's uncommon, it happens.

Don't change it, the chances of something like this happening are actually fairly common in real life, I actually have a friend called Gim "Jimmy" Gim.
