app doesn't work at all.

I am using iPhone7 plus / ios 10.3

When i run the application, the main screen appears briefly and then exits immediately. plz fix this problem..

ps. is there a screen rotation direction option in this game? i think screen rotation direction should be reversed(home button is on our right hand is much better.)

We are sorry that it does not work for you. Have you tried shutting down all other apps running in the background prior to starting the game?

The game has screen rotation and it is up to you where you put the home button (left or right).

This is strange. It works well on our test devices.

Have you tried switching your phone off and back on?

We will continue to investigate.

here are what i tried.
1. shutting down all other apps
2. turning off and on the phone
3. erase and re install
4. changing the language to english (i am using korean)

all didnt work.

We just did tests on different devices (all with iOS 10.3 including a iPhone 7 Plus) and the App runs an all of them.

So there seems something else that is the problem on your device.

Did you have MLB Manager 2016 and did it work? Do you maybe have another device around to test on?

I used android phone so i don't know whether mlb manager2016 work. My brother has an iPhone6 plus /iOS 10.2.1 so i tested it but didn't work either.

Same problem here: "Is anyone else having problems with their MLB Manager 2017 app not working? I downloaded the app this morning on my iPhone 7plus and when I clicked on it, it came up and then closed out to my main screen. So I restarted my phone and nothing. Then I deleted the app, reinstalled and still the same problem . Anyone else? It is working on my iPad mini so what gives, is it an iPhone7 thing? "

Yeah, we are not sure: tested it on one iPhone 6 Plus and one iPhone 7 Plus, both with iOS 10.3) and it works. We also tested in the Simulator.

Same thing. iPhone 7+ with latest iOS. Tried reboot, reinstall, etc with same results. Open app and it immediately forces close.

I just updated mine to 10.3 and it still crashes the same, open it and closes, grrr...

Not sure how to debug this, we will talk to our framework guy but it works on all of our devices, that makes it hard to find the issue.
