In-game player photo not displaying correctly

Hi - I'm having an issue with the correct player photo not displaying as the Pitcher or Batter while playing the game, a facegen photo is displayed instead. When I'm in any screen other the the game screen the player photo is always correct. I've searched my hard drive on the player(s) name(s) and the correct one(s) is/are the only one(s) found. I tried accessing the player profile --> Editor --> Picture Functions... --> Show Info, but Show Info isn't shown (see image below)

Any assistance is greatly appreciated - Rick
