Does anyone still do off-season mods?
I remember back in the day, a few posters (the name CubbyFan comes to mind) used to make off-season mods that started at the beginning of free agency. I was thinking about buying OOTP15 on the off-season half-price sale, but I'm not interested in replaying the 2014 season and would only be interested if there is a decent off-season mod out there so I can play through free agency and build a team for 2015.

Cubbyfan works for OOTP now or something like that so OOTP's out of the box rosters are more accurate then they were in the last. Last yr Lukasberger & Co made a Sept 1st Quicksatrt but did not this yr.

Well, Cubbyfan doesn't have anything to do with the rosters anymore. But they are a thousand times more accurate than before.

We weren't able to release an updated offseason set this year, but next's years rosters will be bigger and better than ever before.

One can do one minus Stats but either have to start in 2014 or January 1st 2015.

What does this mean? I would be okay with starting a game with a Jan. 1 date.

Just saying when you would have to start and wouldn't be like today.
Also Rule 5 Draft would need to be at end of Winter Meetings.
