How many rounds should Amateur Draft be?

I know I've seen it on the boards before, but I just can't seem to locate it...

I created a fictional league with 24 teams and 4 minor league levels (AAA, AA, A, R). The game defaulted to 15 rounds each draft. Seems a little too short to me, and I know I've seen discussions regarding this before. My question is:
How many rounds would be best, and how many players should be created for rounds?

Again, The Default is: 15 rounds, and create players for 16 rounds.

I'm pretty sure the general rule of thumb is 5 rounds per minor league level. So you want to be around 20

Depends on how many free agents you want. I don't run indy leagues at all so I usually just do x+1 or x+2 but if you have indy leagues you may want more.
