Promotion?

I have a question. If I start off managing a low A team for, say, the Cardinals, is it possible to get promoted to High A ball, AA, to AAA or MLB or anything like that?If my manager is doing good of course. I never get offered contracts at the end of the season so I don't really know.

Yes, you can work your way from bottom to top.
